Why HOPE?

The families at Heads Together are passionate about the power of having a community who understand.

Their aim is to give you the support and information that they would have wanted in their early days post brain injury, and to connect you with peers who get what you’re going through.

They have walked in your shoes and lived through dealing with a new reality full of uncertainty, medical jargon, and no roadmap to work out how to juggle everything that is happening and they want to help.

HOPE Partners

Heads Together for Brain Injury partnered with MCRI and VPRS to develop and trial this resource, and will continue to work together to support its implementation.
